At Boostazo Limited ("Boostazo", "we", "us", or "our"), we want you to feel confident in your decision to work with us. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund.

1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first seven (7) days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of that first payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at Contact@boostaxa.com within the 7-day period, including your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Eligibility

• The 7-day guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment and to new customers.
• Refund requests made after the 7-day period are not eligible under this guarantee.
• Renewal payments after the first billing cycle are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including completed one-off project work, custom deliverables that have already been provided, and any third-party costs (such as ad spend or software licences) incurred on your behalf.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period unless you qualify under the 7-day guarantee.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
